The challenge

The University wanted to launch a new portfolio of professional and short-course learning without separately building a catalogue, ecommerce system, enrolment workflow and LMS integration.

The experience needed to work for individual learners and private organisational offerings while giving administrators control over courses, intakes and campaigns.

The approach

Curio implemented Course Hub as the market-facing layer for Upskill and configured the features and integrations required for the new offer. Learner actions moved from discovery and payment into Canvas registration without relying on disconnected manual processes.

What Curio delivered

  • A branded course storefront
  • Course discovery, enrolment and payment journeys
  • Lead-generation features
  • Coupons and campaign functionality
  • Intake management
  • Private business-to-business offerings
  • Canvas integration for registration and course access
  • Stripe payment processing
  • Integration with the University's student-record system

The result

Within six months of launch, more than 35 short courses were available and learners had enrolled from more than 40 countries, giving the University an operational route to a global professional-learning audience.
