The challenge

RMIT wanted four MBA courses to reflect the standard and identity of a flagship postgraduate program. A generic online structure wouldn't meet the expectations of experienced business learners or the academic leaders responsible for the offering.

The courses needed consistency across the program while retaining the substance and teaching intent of each subject.

The approach

Curio worked directly with College academic leads to connect content, activities and assessment to clear learning outcomes. The work operated within RMIT's existing platforms and quality expectations rather than introducing a parallel production model.

What Curio delivered

  • Collaborative course design with academic leads
  • Four complete MBA course designs
  • Outcome-aligned content and activities
  • Purposeful assessment design
  • A coherent postgraduate learning experience
  • Implementation aligned with RMIT platforms and quality processes

The result

RMIT received four course designs supporting the College's postgraduate business strategy and a consistent standard across the selected MBA offering.
