CPA Australia needed a connected view of its future learning ecosystem rather than another set of isolated platform or content recommendations.
Curio combined capability-framework research with learning-product and ecosystem design. The work considered how microcredentials, on-demand assessment, member data and personalised learning could support professional development over time.
Recommendations extended beyond the learner-facing offer to the structures required inside the education division.
