Online executive-education cohorts needed experienced tutors and facilitators at short notice. A conventional recruitment cycle risked delaying delivery or creating a last-minute search for people who were available but not necessarily suited to online learning.
The requirement wasn't simply to source names. Tutors needed to meet defined quality criteria, understand the delivery environment and receive ongoing support once teaching began.
Curio established a repeatable process for assessing, contracting and onboarding suitable tutors as demand arose. New facilitators joined the Curio Faculty platform and Faculty Lounge community, giving them access to guidance, peer connection and continued development.
Talent management continued after placement through individual coaching, group training and practical administrative support.
The model gave the program access to a responsive pool of online teaching talent, supported throughout delivery. The engagement began in 2020 and has developed into an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off recruitment campaign.
